Rewards Notifications
When a user registers into the FlipGive Rewards program there is an option to opt-in to receive communications. This is a summary of the different communications they will receive.
Transactional Emails/Notifications (Required)

White label options for Rewards Partners
FROM email name and address
FlipGive partners with Postmark to send transactional and marketing emails.
By default transactional emails will be from Your Program Name <[email protected]> and marketing email will be from Your Program Name <[email protected]>.
To white label these emails we will need two dedicated email accounts as well as a dedicated subdomain to handle inbound emails.
- Transactional emails (we recommend [email protected]) simply setup a dedicated inbox so we can send you a email with a signature confirmation. Once confirmed we will able to update all transactional emails to be sent from this email.
- Marketing emails marketing (we recommend [email protected]) simply setup a dedicated inbox so we can send you a email with a signature confirmation. Once confirmed we will able to update all transactional emails to be sent from this email.
- Inbound emails for missing transaction queries will require a dedicated domain as they will have different usernames (we recommend [email protected]) - you will need to setup dedicated TXT/CNAME/MX records for your sending domain which don't conflict with your other emails.
You can also customize the FROM name that is shown to the user in their email client, we recommend using the program name so it shows up in your customer's email client as Your Program Name <[email protected]>
Theming
By default, all emails can be customized with a header and footer, and primary font colors and links can be modified to fit with partner branding. Please work with your account manager to make these customizations.
